DINGO Web App
The DINGO web app I designed for the Virginia Department of Corrections streamlined the user's daily workflow processes. By identifying the most frequently used actions, I placed them at the forefront of the interface. This resulted in a two-hour time-saving per user, per day for staff working in the field on their mobile devices.
My work included user research, information architecture, wireframing, logo/branding design, prototyping, developer collaboration, and client workshop facilitation.
HR Recruitment Website
The Virginia Department of Corrections Human Resources unit required a website that would promote, provide information, and engage potential employees interested in job openings.

While keeping user-centric methodology at the forefront, I conducted user research, drafted information architecture documentation, worked through wireframe iterations via client feedback, and collaborated with developers, project managers, content strategists, and analysts to bring the product to life.
